Doug is a native of Evansville who began his legal career after graduating from Valparaiso Law School in 2000. He opened Walton Law Office in 2005 with his wife and paralegal, Amanda. Doug is an experienced trial attorney who practices criminal law and is committed to fighting for you.
Out of the courtroom, Doug is an outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, shooting, and whitewater rafting with his R2 partner, wife, and paralegal, Amanda.

Amanda is Doug's paralegal and wife. Prior to working at Walton Law Office, she was a business instructor at Harrison College. Amanda has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from University of Southern Indiana and a Master's degree in Management from Oakland City University.
In addition to running the day to day operations of Walton Law Office, Amanda is an outdoors enthusiast. She is Doug's rafting partner, a hiker, camper, and stand-up paddle boarder. Amanda also enjoys yoga. She is also the mother to their son, Everett. Amanda works from home with Everett two days per week, but is available by phone Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.
